Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. This includes pickles, millets, flour, mixes, and all edible items.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is expired

  • You received a wrong item

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Items purchased during offers or discounts

Refund Process

If your request is approved after verification:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, a replacement may be arranged instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
